Returns
While we hope you’re overjoyed with your Kimmi Says purchases, we also understand that life ain’t perfect.
Unworn items with their packaging intact can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We cannot cover the postage cost of returning items. Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returned earrings will be disposed of and not refunded.
To submit a return request, click the profile icon in the store's navigation, and log into your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with the shipping instructions . After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Any exchange items will be sent by us, free of charge.
Cancellations
We hope you don’t ever need to cancel your order but we get that things change so we’re happy to cancel any order, if needed. We can do this provided you haven’t yet received your ‘Order Complete’ email as this mail means your order has already shipped.
If you do need to cancel your order after payment, please drop us an email on hello@kimmisays.com as soon as you can, and we’ll be more than happy to reverse your payment. If your order has already shipped, I’m afraid we’ll need to treat it as a regular refund.
Faulty Items
We do our very best to ensure that your Kimmi Says items are of the best quality but if you do encounter any issues, please contact us on hello@kimmisays.com and so we can figure out the best thing to do for you. We are more than happy to replace or refund faulty items.
We can’t offer refunds on any postage but are more than happy to do so on goods.
